Jayabheri The Peak celebrates vertical living and generous luxury. The design treats each skyvilla like a sculpture against the sky. Residents enjoy broad lawns, landscaped gardens, and wide walkways across a carefully planned project. The site has three towers, each rising 29 storeys, with only two villas on every floor to keep privacy and exclusivity. Two of those towers connect by a dramatic skybridge that works as a social spine and a vantage point for sweeping views. The development sits on 4 acres and comprises two towers joined by a skybridge. Each tower rises 29 floors and offers just two apartments per floor to preserve privacy. The project includes 144 units that range from 4,690 sq ft to 5,440 sq ft. The builder launched Jayabheri The Peak in April 2015 and completed construction in September 2020. HMDA approved the project.
Genesis Planners shaped the overall architectural vision. They placed large double-glazed windows and French doors to frame views and flood the homes with natural light.
Tierra Design (Singapore) and Naveen Associates handled the landscaping. They carved terraces, sky gardens, and small green pockets so every villa stays close to nature. Facade consultants gave the towers a unified look. Poole Associates and Nandu Associates designed the clubhouse and shared areas to feel both luxurious and welcoming.
Structural and MEP teams worked together to deliver strong, practical engineering.
